We at OOF! COFFEE, really hate hidden surprises. One of our core values is radical transparency and what you see, is what you get. We will not shortchange you on any account.
If you feel you're getting lesser of a value than what is deemed a fair price, speak to us at 'email@example.com', and we will gladly assist you.
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery.
If the item was claimed to be undelivered a local address, we will verify the status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows a confirmation of delivery with acknowledgment, we will not be liable to refund the order.
