WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

All orders placed before 12PM will be freshly roasted on the day itself. Any orders past noon will be freshly roasted the next business day.

Complimentary Ground Shipping. Expect to receive your coffee package within 3 to 5 business days.(COVID-19 NOTICE: Please be advised that USPS delivery services are facing logistical difficulties at the moment and your parcel may or may not be slightly delayed)

We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2pm Central Time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND ORDERS TO HAWAII/ALASKA.

Shipments outside the continental 48 U.S. States are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (HI & AK) or U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail (Canada and other countries outside of the United States). (COVID-19 NOTICE: Please be advised that USPS delivery services are facing logistical difficulties at the moment and your parcel may or may not be delayed)

International shipments are not guaranteed and not refundable, regardless of package tracking information status, since many international deliveries are not scanned or held by customs. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered to their destination before placing the order.

International shipping rates are determined using the USPS's cheapest rate.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

OOF! COFFEE accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

Fast Checkout is also integrated to our system, allowing you to securely save your credit card details (we do not collect/store these details, only you can access it on your end), such that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.

WHAT ARE OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

We understand that coffee is continuous process of discovery and experience, and that you might just be looking to try us out without going all-in.

That said, we offer all our customers a Money-Back Guarantee on the quality of the coffee. We will stand by our promise to refund any monies related to quality issues that the customer sees fit.

We at Oof! Coffee, really hate hidden surprises. One of our core values is radical transparency. What you see, is what you get and we will not shortchange you on any account.

If you feel you're getting lesser of a value than what is deemed a fair price, speak to us at 'sales@oofcoffee.com', and our customer happiness officers will gladly assist you.

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery.

Shipping and/or freight related charges will not be refunded under the Money-Back Guarantee.

Non-Delivery for USA Address Destinations

If the item was never delivered to a U.S. address, we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not be liable to refund the order.

COFFEE NOTES AND TASTE

The flavor is the perception of tastes while the coffee is in the mouth. For example, a coffee might taste mildly of chocolate or caramel. The flavor of the coffee is separate from its aroma, you need to pay attention to what the taste buds can detect.

You can put your description together considering these factors. Begin with the acidity, followed by the aroma and close with the coffee's flavor. For example, you might describe coffee as follows: "The coffee has a crisp, bright flavor, with subtle hints of citrus and rich chocolates."

Light

Light Flavored coffee brings out the utmost origin character of the particular coffees. This coffee has crisp acidity, a mellow body, and bright flavors including tasting notes of chocolate, cherries, and caramel.

Balanced

Balanced Flavored Coffee is a compromise that often brings out some of the best flavors with tasting notes including sweet, citric, caramel and a bright finish with an occasional hint of milk chocolate. This flavor often brings out a balanced complete coffee.

Our range of coffee that fits this profile are the: Guatemala, Peru, Peru Decaf, Colombia, Nicaragua, African Espresso

Bold

Bold Flavored Coffee can give you bold, stewy, rich, darkness. The taste converges towards those of tobacco and herbs. Very bold bodied, best for those with a complex palate.

Our range of coffee that fits this profile are the: Bali Blue, 6 Bean Blend, Breakfast Blend +, Cowboy Blend

GRIND OPTIONS, EXPLAINED

Whole Bean is well, the whole bean itself. Pretty self-explanatory but it's what we always recommend. Whole bean lasts WAAAY longer than if you would have grounded coffee. Maximum freshness and flavor right here!

Standard is what you typically see when you buy ground coffee from the grocery store (OOF! COFFEE is always better). The coffee grounds are small and this grind is best used for your all time favorite pour-over and drip coffees.

Espresso is the smallest we offer. This grind is used mostly for espresso coffees like your Stovetop Espresso / Moka Pot.Standard is what you typically see when you buy ground coffee from the grocery store (OOF! COFFEE is always better). The coffee grounds are small and this grind is best used for your all time favorite pour-over and drip coffees.

Espresso is the smallest we offer. This grind is used mostly for espresso coffees like your Stovetop Espresso / Moka Pot.

HOW IS YOUR DECAF COFFEE PROCESSED?

Our decaf coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process. This is a clean decaffeinating method which uses 100% green coffee extract and carbon to filter the caffeine out. This method ensures only caffeine is removed to keep the original quality of the beans intact.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY COFFEE

All coffee should be stored long term between 50 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, at about 30 to 50 percent humidity. Keep them beans in a dry place away from water and sunlight. Roasted coffee beans should be kept in an air tight container, as well as ground coffee.

Unsealed or Coffee packaging that has been opened should be consumed within the month for maximum freshness and flavor.

HOW TO STORE COFFEE BEANS TO EXTEND ITS SHELF-LIFE

Coffee does degrade over time and it degrades faster depending on the surface area - which is why we always recommend whole beans as they keep longer than ground coffee.

The best way to store these beans for the long term is to place them in an air-tight container in the freezer.

You should grind fresh only the amount you plan to use that day to avoid unnecessary exposure. Storing coffee in this way will keep out moisture and other contaminants.

The best way to store ground coffee to keep it fresh longer is by storing it in your freezer immediately after use.

Storing coffee in the freezer does not freeze the coffee, so it is always ready for use without any defrosting.

HOW TO TELL IF MY COFFEE IS BAD

The best way to tell if it has gone bad is to use your sense of smell. If coffee has gone bad, the pleasant aroma will be gone and with it much of the taste. Using this coffee will not harm you, but will just not have much flavor if the smell is gone. It may also lose its deep dark color and appear a lighter brown.
